Finn Hill Communities

What do we mean by Finn Hill? We mean the whole hill - including parts with mailing addresses in Kirkland, Kenmore, and Bothell.

It can be confusing since there's technically a census area called "Inglewood/Finn Hill" which only covers a section of what is commonly referred to as Finn Hill.

Geographically speaking, and in the real estate listings in the MLS, anything on the physical hill - west of 100th Ave NE, east of Lake Washington, north of Juanita Beach, and south of Simonds Road - typically gets classified Finn Hill. Of course, there are enclaves and nuances, but for the sake of simplicity we mean the whole hill.

• Kirkland - the section of the hill with Kirkland, WA mailing addresses is the south.
• Kenmore - Kenmore, WA mailing addresses are located on the northwest portion of the hill.
• Bothell - you'll have a Bothell, WA mailing address in a northeast area of the hill.
