Commission Rebate

When you buy with Rion Real Estate you get 1/3 of the buying side commission rebated to you. That's usually 1% of your sales price, or an extra $3,750 in your pocket on a $375,000.00 home!

How does it work?

Listings entered in MLS systems come with an offer of compensation for buyer's agents. That means, the broker that assists you in your purchase is entitled to a commission that's usually in the neighborhood of 2-3% of the purchase price.

When Rion Real Estate represents you as a purchaser, we rebate 1/3 of the buyer's agent commission to you for you to use on your lender allowable closing costs or receive as a check after closing.

Share in the work, reap the rewards

You still get great representation in your purchase. There are just a few ways we ask you to help:

• You are expected to seek a pre-approval letter when you start to look at homes.
• We ask that you select the homes that you want to see and let us know which ones they are.
• You must be able to either scan and email or fax documents to us so we can conduct business electronically.

How can we do it for less?

It's pretty simple. As a brokerage, we keep our overhead low by:

• avoiding high rent office space
• sinking money into expensive and ineffective print advertising
• only accepting qualified, productive real estate agents onto our roster
• economy through the use of technology
• enacting a business plan that seeks a lower margin on a higher number of sales

The fine print

Unfortunately due to the uncertainty and labor intensive nature of short sale transactions, we are unable to offer a commission rebate for these situations. We are happy to offer a buyer rebate for bank owned transactions.

We reserve the right to refuse any customer or make alternative compensation arrangements on a case by case basis.
