Commission Rebate

When you buy with Rion Real Estate you get 1/3 of the buying side commission rebated to you. That's usually 1% of your sales price, or an extra $3,750 in your pocket on a $375,000.00 home!

How does it work?

Listings entered in MLS systems come with an offer of compensation for buyer's agents. That means, the broker that assists you in your purchase is entitled to a commission that's usually in the neighborhood of 2-3% of the purchase price.

When Rion Real Estate represents you as a purchaser, we rebate 1/3 of the buyer's agent commission to you for you to use on your lender allowable closing costs or receive as a check after closing.

Unfortunately due to the uncertainty and labor intensive nature of short sale transactions, we are unable to offer a commission rebate for these situations. We are happy to offer a buyer rebate for bank owned transactions.
