2. Set you up on our Auto Email Program

Our email program checks the criteria you set against the homes in the Multiple Listing Service data. Every time a new listing comes on the market that fits that criteria, an email is automatically sent to you.

Showings - finally some fun stuff! You pick what you want to see, then we show it to you. We keep on the top of the market and make sure that you're informed. Along the way, you may decide to change your search criteria, and that's fine too. We'll help you get into the kind of homes you want to see.

4. Make a decision about which home is right for you

Sometimes the decision is easy, sometimes its not. We can help you sort through the process - with an eye to potential resale value, a second perspective on how potential properties match up with your stated goals. It can help to have a neutral party to bounce things off of - but in most cases - when you find the right one - you know it when you see it!

5. Write an offer

We will help draft an offer for the home you choose. We'll help talk through the balance between price and terms, making sure you understand the mechanics of how the purchase agreement, addenda, and contingencies work. At every step of the way we will try to get you the most house for the least amount of money, with terms that work for you.

6. Consult with professionals

We'll work with you to make sure you get the advice you need from a home inspector, pest inspector, attorney, and any other specialists you need.

7. Work towards closing

There are a lot of things that happen between finding the right home and the closing. We stay on top of all the details and keep you informed throughout the entire process. From appraisals to title issues and beyond, we work in your best interests every step of the way.

8. Save on costs
