What does this look like for us here in King County? The numbers can be sliced many different ways depending on home style, a property’s location in the county, price point and so forth. Different markets within the broader market have different trends.
In order to get an idea of the overall picture in the county, we’ve complied information about homes and condos that have closed in King County. These numbers include sales at all price points, and all styles of homes.
