The bottom line is, “What can I do for you?”

As a real estate professional for many years, I have been involved in the housing and real estate industry in a host of roles. As a construction superintendent I have supervised the construction of hundreds of single family homes, as well as several condominium projects, a golf course, marina, and storage facilities. This gives you the edge by having a discerning and critical eye view potential homes before you make an offer or putting your home on the market. Also, I spent several years in property management with a national real estate management and holding company. I have been a licensed agent since 2000 and currently work representing home buyers, sellers, commercial clients and real estate investors. On a more personal note, I served in the US Army, the Michigan National Guard, am a life member of the 82nd Airborne Division Association, a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Master Builders Association.

Put my years of experience to work for you. Whether it be your home or business, your investment dollar is too important not to get the best advice. I look forward to helping you realize the maximum potential in your next real estate deal.

I’ve been in the real estate industry since before I graduated from the University of Michigan in 1999. (Go Blue!)  I started out in property management, made the jump to residential, and have since logged time in the commercial arena as well.  Why should you care?  With that much time in the field, I’ve seen a lot of different things which means experience that I put to work for you.  Real estate is what I do.  In fact, it’s what I’ve always done.

The unseen side of the business is really by bailiwick - operations, transaction management, print and internet marketing.  Alex tells people I’m the “brains of the outfit” which means, of course, that he is “the mouth”!  Outside of the business, I’m a lover of the arts - especially music and dance which both figure prominently in my past. Feel free to ask me about it!
