What's up with the "Alex Says" & "Kathryn Explains" stuff?

We're a husband (Alex Rion) and wife (Kathryn Rion) that work together. We discovered - go figure - that we have every different ways of seeing things. What's more, one of the things we consistently heard from our clients is how much they liked having both of our styles at their disposal. So we thought, if that's what our clients like...well, we'll give it to them.

Our site has two sections that have approximately the same information, just presented through different perspectives:

• Short & Sweet - AKA "Alex Says" See things through Alex's eyes. He's a bottom line kind of guy. He likes to get to the bottom of things quickly ...without fluff.
• Long & Detailed - AKA "Kathryn Explains" Walk a mile in Kathryn's shoes. She's a detailed oriented kind of gal, that likes to know (and talk about) not only the "what", but the "how" and "why" in real estate. If you crave detailed, in-depth information, this is the "side" of the site for you.
